Projectors


Product Warranty:

Sonnoc Projectors are warranted to be in a good working condition for a period of five years from the date of purchase (all projectors).  All projectors are warranted for five year from the date of purchase. For the first year if there are any manufacturer defects we will replace the projector.

 

Limited Warranty Statements:

  1. Sonnoc warrants to the end-user that Sonnoc products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of 5 years. Duration begins on the date of purchase by the end user. Customers/end users are responsible for maintaining proof of date of purchase.

  2. Sonnoc's limited product warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to: (a) Any improper maintenance. (b) Operations or usage outside of product specifications. (c) Mechanical abuse and exposure to severe operating conditions.

  3. If Sonnoc receives a product from the field during the warranty period with a defect, Sonnoc will replace for the first year and after first year we will repair the defective product, at its discretion.

  4. Sonnoc shall assume no obligation to repair or replace any product, until the customer has notified our Technical Support Department for proper defect analysis; prior to returning the product back to Sonnoc.

Video Walls, Multiviewers, Commercial Monitors


Product Warranty:

Sonnoc products are warranted to be in a good working condition for a period of three years from the date of purchase (Video Wall, Commercial Monitor & Multiviewer).  These products are warranted for 3 year from the date of purchase.

 

Limited Warranty Statements:

  1. Sonnoc warrants to the end-user that Sonnoc products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of 3 years. Duration begins on the date of purchase by the end user.  Customers/end users are responsible for maintaining  proof of date of purchase.
